{Paperworks}The "Material object" of Wanni Lee’s work is ambiguous in many ways: She does not know waste paper. Nothing is discarded. The resource paper appears in a new context. When Lee lends hand on old books, which nobody wants to have any longer, this precious resource education gets a new place. Art as nutrition meets the potential of life education through art.

These work pieces bridge many years: Like an author, who sits at the table to create his manuscript for printing, Wanni Lee ads paper edge to paper edge in filigree folding work.

Tower characters emerge that give evidence of the past and save symbolically what otherwise might get lost.
